Who can apply for a loan with Beech Finance?
Applicants who are home owners between the ages of 18 and 70 years of age may apply providing you have an income and live in the United Kingdom.
How much can I borrow?
We arrange secured loans from £5,000 to £1,000,000 depending on your circumstances and ability to repay the loan as well as your other commitments.
How do I apply for a loan?

Do I have to pay you before I receive a loan?
You do not have to pay to apply. We do charge fees and they can be either paid up front or added to your loan more information about our fees can be found in our terms and conditions.
What happens to my details?
The information you provide will be used for credit checking with your consent and assessment by an underwriter in connection with your application. Your application is treated in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Please see our data Protection Policy.
May I apply if I'm self-employed?
Yes, we welcome applications from self-employed people.
What if I have County Court Judgements (CCJs) or Defaults?
We can look at your application regardless of credit status, however it is most important to ensure that you can afford all of your commitments and living expenses. Sometimes additional borrowing is not the answer if you have financial problems. If we don’t feel that a loan will help you or that it is clear you could not afford to repay a loan we will point you in the direction of people that may be able to assist you.
How long will it take for me to get my money?
There are various stages of a loan application and it is not possible to say how long they can take, if you require funds in a hurry please let us know at the outset of any timelines you are looking to adhere to.
What happens if I lose my job?
We would suggest that if you have any concerns over job security, that you disclose that to us when applying. As with all borrowings it is prudent to seek Independent Financial advice regarding your own income protection and insurance needs and we recommend you do so.
